To the people who continuously ridicule and tear apart everything that isn't 100% "serious" sci-fi, I say go watch boring Star Trek. I thought Jar Jar Binks was funny and not a bit racist. I liked Ziro the Hutt, again with the funny. Jaxxon? Yeah, a little silly, but when I was 12 I thought he was the bomb. Kind of a cross between Bugs Bunny and Han Solo, and if he was Star Wars, then he was alright with me. As far as the talking mountain goes, okay that's a little much, but look at the source material...its' for KIDS. Let's stop trying to make out that SW is some high-brow adult science fiction series that went astray, and realize that GL always meant for it to be a fairy tale for kids, and the kid in all of us.
